1. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)
Karampuri Charitable Trust proudly runs government-recognized training programs under the PMKVY scheme, launched by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.
- Free short-term skill courses for youth
- NSDC-approved curriculum and certified trainers
- Trades include: Electrician, Data Entry Operator, General Duty Assistant, Welder, and more
- Assessment and certification through Sector Skill Councils (SSCs)
- Job placement support after training
2. National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
We also participate in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) supported by the Ministry of Education (MoE). This program helps graduates and diploma holders gain real-world experience through apprenticeships.
- On-the-job industrial training in partnership with local industries
- Focused on engineering, technical, and vocational streams
- Stipend provided as per government norms
- Certificate of Apprenticeship Training on successful completion
- Pathway to full-time employment
